About the Role

Certain Advantage is seeking a skilled Test Rig Controls & Data Acquisition Engineer to join their team in Filton. This contract-based position is office-based and offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading Manufacturing business in the Aerospace sector.

The Role

This Test Rig Controls & Data Acquisition Engineer position requires someone who is results-orientated and driven to succeed. You'll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, responsible for:

  • Delivery of technical specialisms in industrial control systems and test data acquisition
  • Participation in the test centre
  • Risk assessment, Safe Systems of Work & Health / Safety Compliance
The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for individuals with education (or equivalent proven experience) in control systems engineering or a related discipline. You should have a track record of delivering projects to time, cost, quality, and possess one of the following disciplines: Instrumentation, control systems, data acquisition, hydraulic control.
