Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Material Handling Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials on site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize hand signals or radio communication to effectively guide the movement of materials and loads.
  • Collaborate with crane operators and machinery to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Perform pre-use inspections on lifting equipment to guarantee adherence to safety standards.
  • Assist in the rigging and securing of loads as necessary.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with the crane supervisor and site personnel.
  • Monitor the surrounding environment to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.

Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid BLUE CPCS Slinger/Signaller ticket.
  • Current Safety Critical Medical certificate.
  • Demonstrated experience in similar positions.
