About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Project Coordinator to join our team at Harris Hill on a temporary basis. As the driving force behind the smooth operation of our digital education programme, you will be responsible for managing bookings, coordinating logistics, and liaising with stakeholders and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programme Booking Management: Oversee the programme booking system and process new requests efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain close contact with teachers, freelance educators, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication.
  • Shared Inbox Management: Manage the shared inbox, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to queries.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Handle logistics, liaising with suppliers and overseeing equipment maintenance.
  • Financial Management: Track expenses, update templates, and compile participation statistics.
Requirements
  • Organizational Skills: Super organized with excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: A confident communicator with excellent phone, in-person, and email communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using Outlook, Excel, and eager to learn new technologies like VR.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgets and ability to stick to them.
  • Education Sector Knowledge: Bonus: Knowledge of the education sector and school environments.
