HGV Class 1 Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HGV Class 1 Driver to join our team at Lineage Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods across our network.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a HGV Class 1 vehicle in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and compliant with all relevant regulations.
- Load and unload goods in a safe and efficient manner, using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and improve your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- C+E driving licence and valid DigiTacho.
- Previous experience as a Class 1 driver.
- Ability to lift up to 18kg.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
