Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Walsingham Support. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to live fulfilling lives, promoting their independence, and encouraging their personal growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver person-centered care plans, ensuring that each individual's needs are met and their goals are achieved.
