We are looking for a dedicated Line Cook to become a vital part of our culinary team at Blackhouse Bar and Grill. In this role, you will be responsible for managing your designated station and ensuring efficient service during busy periods. This position is ideal for those who thrive in a collaborative and energetic kitchen atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and plate dishes specific to your area of expertise
- Maintain exceptional standards of food safety and hygiene
- Keep your workstation tidy and well-organized
- Oversee the quality and portion sizes of dishes
- Foster a respectful and supportive environment for both colleagues and patrons

Required Qualifications:
- Experience in a kitchen or culinary setting is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities

- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
