This role is pivotal in ensuring that we continue to deliver outstanding pharmaceutical care and personalized services to our valued customers. Our pharmacy is recognized for its dedication to community health and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily pharmacy functions, including the dispensing of medications and providing patient consultations.
  • Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory standards, including NHS guidelines and pharmacy best practices.
  • Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies, managing stock rotation, and monitoring expiration dates.
  • Deliver clinical services such as vaccinations, health assessments, and medication reviews.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive workplace, leading a team of pharmacy technicians and support personnel.
  • Engage with healthcare professionals and community organizations to advance health and wellness initiatives.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of £24 per hour.

Work Schedule: Ideally 4 days per week, with a minimum of 1 in 4 Saturdays per month.

Additional Information:

  • Pharmacy first £3 per service.
  • Experience in community pharmacy is essential.
  • Accreditation in Pharmacy first and vaccinations is required.
