Job Title: Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team at GPW Recruitment.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of a construction site, managing contractors, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate the activities of contractors and site personnel.
  2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols.
  3. Monitor and report on site progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.
  4. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  5. Supervise and train site personnel to ensure they are working safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will hold a current CSCS card, SMSTS certification, and a First Aid at Work (3 day) Certificate. They will also have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
