Job Opportunity: Greenkeeper at Heythrop Park Hotel

We are seeking a skilled Greenkeeper to join our team at Heythrop Park Hotel in Oxfordshire. As a Greenkeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the hotel's golf course and surrounding grounds, ensuring they are presented to the highest standard for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the golf course and surrounding grounds, including mowing, trimming, and pruning.
  • Operate a range of equipment, including ride-on mowers, strimmers, and loose hand tools.
  • Perform all aspects of gardening work, including digging, planting, and basic tree care.
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the grounds.
  • Work collaboratively with the Grounds Manager to achieve the team's objectives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a gardener or in a related field is desirable, but not essential.
  • A willingness to learn and improve knowledge on gardening and maintenance techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
