Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the in-branch Estate Agency team to maximise business opportunities and leads.
- Proactively contact customers and provide bespoke digital marketing materials to post online, which has proven to generate business.
- Receive dedicated training and coaching to support your ongoing development and progression.
- Enjoy a clear career path for growth and advancement.
- Be comfortable communicating with clients through various channels, including email, phone, face-to-face, and video.
- Hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
- Have experience in providing mortgage and protection advice.
- Competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission scheme with OTE of £40,000 - £60,000+.
- Guaranteed monthly payments for up to 6 months while building your pipeline.
- Company car or £250pm car allowance.
- 24/7 employee assistance programme.
- Branch-based role with regular working hours and occasional Saturdays.
