Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team as a trusted finance advisor to the CMO, COO, and Head of People. The successful candidate will support key strategic initiatives, deliver budgeting and forecasting, and provide actionable insights to support financial objectives.

  • Deliver financial data, business cases, and investment appraisals to executives and investors.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and recommend actions for cost optimization and improved profitability.
  • Prepare financial models and ROI analysis for capital investment and business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with European teams to ensure financial alignment and compliance with local regulations.
  • Participate in strategic projects to support business expansion and scaling efforts.
The Successful Applicant
  • CIMA qualified Management Accountant with 1-2 years post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in a business partnering role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, preferably in a tech start-up or scale-up.
  • Strong ability to present complex financial information to executives and investors.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Experience supporting strategic decision-making processes with an understanding of key commercial drivers.
  • Strong business acumen and a commercial mindset.
  • Exposure to international operations and knowledge of European financial regulations is a plus.
