Job Opportunity at The Three Crowns
We are seeking an energetic and talented Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef to join our small, friendly kitchen team at The Three Crowns, a well-established family business.
As a key member of our kitchen team, you will have the opportunity to learn from two experienced chefs and contribute to creating and cooking a variety of fresh seasonal dishes. You will assist the head chef with the running of all kitchen needs, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the head chef in menu planning and food preparation
- Contribute to the creation of new dishes and menus
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve kitchen goals
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience working in a commercial kitchen (preferably)
- Negotiable salary, subject to experience
- Single live-in accommodation available
- Easy access to public transport links
