**Job Summary**
Change Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Senior Project Manager in the successful delivery of various domestic construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing trades, employed staff, and project programs to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee the procurement and ordering of materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Maintain and manage project accounts, providing accurate reports to the Senior Project Manager.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Ensure that all work on-site adheres to our high standards of quality and safety.
- Ad-hoc support to management and senior project managers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working within project management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident using MS Excel and other software packages.
- Numerate and able to estimate jobs and tender for new business.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
