Job Title: IT Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to join our client, a Professional Services company, in their Head Office in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the IT function and driving digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of IT strategies to support business growth and objectives
  • Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including cloud-based solutions and on-premise systems
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners
  • Ensure the company's IT systems and processes are secure, compliant, and meet regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT leadership, with a strong background in cloud computing, project management, and IT service management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL and Azure, with experience in implementing and managing cloud-based solutions
