Nursery Quality and Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join our management team as a Quality and Development Manager. This role will support the Head of Room and Team within the room, working alongside the Management Team to ensure best practice throughout the nursery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all teams within the nursery, working alongside the Manager.
  • Work alongside the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the nursery.
  • Ensure that all teams are providing stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent, and visitor always.
  • Lead and support your teams, together with supporting their training needs to ensure best practice always.
  • Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the Curriculum Excellence are followed.
Requirements
  • Qualified level 3 or above, with at least 4 years' experience of working in a nursery and at least 2 years' experience of a leadership similar role.
