Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Age UK. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our store, ensuring that our customers receive an excellent service and that our store sales and profits are maximized.
You will have previous retail experience and excellent managerial skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of staff and volunteers. You will also have the ability to build and retain a team, delegate tasks, and coach and listen to your team members.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the store's operations, including stock management, customer service, and sales. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, and ensuring that all store activities are carried out in accordance with Age UK's values and objectives.

- A 35 hour working week
- 25 days holiday + bank holiday allowance
