We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead the successful launch and integration of new products into our European business. As a key member of our Central Product team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic action plans to ensure sales and operational readiness for new product launches.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to identify and resolve facilities-related issues or requirements associated with new products.
- Engage in the sales opportunity pipeline and contribute to significant commercial opportunities.
- Support the achievement of budget and growth plans.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure all necessary technical details are available for marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience in product management, covering both commercial and operational aspects.
- Expertise in at least one of the following product lines: Steam Generation, Temperature Control, Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS), Power or OFA Compressors.
- Strong technical background and keen focus on technological advancements and innovation.
- Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills.
