About the Role:

A Content Editor with expertise in Latin American and European Spanish is required to join our client's in-house content team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for translating and proofreading various elements of content support for our client's knowledge base, as well as writing articles, inputting to step-by-step diagnostic content, and creating 'how to' guides as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate and proofread new and existing content to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Test and proofread content in various formats prior to going live
  • Support the creation of new content in accordance with new product releases, client requests, and operating system updates
  • Review existing articles, scripts, and content on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Work with the User Experience (UX) team to ensure quality is maintained across content types and language variants

Requirements:

  • Proficient spoken and written Latin American and European Spanish with a good grasp of spelling and grammar
  • Clear writing style expressed in English
  • Ability to explain complex processes clearly and without ambiguity
  • Content proofreading experience
  • Excellent grasp of spelling, grammar, and attention to detail
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Confident and proactive approach
