MOT Tester/Technician Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced MOT specialist to join our growing team at a premier UK-based independent fast-fit automotive chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct MOT tests in line with DVSA standards and record results in the DVSA computer system
  • Install company-specified products on customer vehicles and perform related services
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the center and equipment
  • Promote and sell the company's products and services, driving revenue growth and exceeding customer expectations
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service
  • Follow management instructions, demonstrating a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills
  • Maintain a professional appearance and comply with company uniform requirements
  • Be adaptable to fluctuating demand, ensuring smooth operation of the center

Requirements:

  • Valid MOT Tester license issued by the DVSA
  • Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance, City & Guilds, or an equivalent qualification
