Housekeeping Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain hotel rooms and public areas to the highest standards, adhering to Sandman Hotel Group's quality and safety protocols.
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Lost and Found: Handle lost property items in accordance with company policy, ensuring that all items are properly stored and returned to their owners.
- Maintenance and Safety: Report any maintenance or safety hazards to the supervisor/manager, taking prompt action to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment.
- Equipment and Supplies: Take responsibility for equipment and supplies, ensuring that they are used correctly and securely at all times.
- Laundry and Linen: Perform laundry tasks, including collecting, sorting, and transporting laundry, as well as stocking linen supply rooms with clean linens.
- Education: No formal education required, as we provide on-the-job training.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills are essential, with the ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility: Flexibility is key, with the ability to work weekends and adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail is required, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
