About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Research Manager, Client Service. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering high-quality research insights, and collaborating with our team of experts to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute research strategies to meet client needs and objectives
  • Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional research experiences
  • Collaborate with our team of experts to identify and recruit relevant experts for client projects
  • Direct the research efforts of our Research Associates to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Develop and maintain effective screening criteria and compliance requirements for client projects
  • Work closely with our Project Managers to optimize client use of our research services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in a sales or lead generation role, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
