Behavioural Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking Behavioural Teaching Assistants to support children between the ages of 11 and 18 at our specialist SEMH school in Camden. Our students all have social, emotional and mental health difficulties and many also have learning difficulties.

As a Behavioural Teaching Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team and vital in the support and development of our students. You will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to create a safe and nurturing environment that allows our students to thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individual and group support to students with social, emotional and mental health difficulties
  • Assisting with lesson planning and delivery to meet the needs of our students
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, staff and parents
  • Contributing to the development of our school's policies and procedures
