RWE Renewables UK is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Social Value Coordinator for a Year in Industry placement. This exciting opportunity will provide you with invaluable insight into the Offshore Wind sector and enable you to gain hands-on experience in social value delivery.

About the Role

As a Social Value Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the team in delivering and developing the Future Bright programme, which promotes the work we do within local communities and the wider economy. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with local community fund administrators and external parties to collate materials for case studies and reports
  • Conducting data collection and quantitative analysis to inform our social value, skills, and supply chain development work
  • Participating in events such as Future Bright Award presentations and Stakeholder engagement events

You will have the opportunity to work in a diverse team environment, dealing with a range of stakeholders, and develop your skills in report writing, presentation, and data collection.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an enrolled student in a Social Science, Communications, or similar degree course, eligible for a Year in Industry placement. You should have a strong understanding of MS Office and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Travel expenses will be covered, and you will have the opportunity to work on a global scale.
