Organisational Development Facilitator

A key role within the Organisational Development Team, the OD Facilitator will be responsible for coordinating the full range of OD activities, providing specialist advice and guidance, and working collaboratively to design, develop, and implement OD interventions.
Main Duties- Be the first point of contact for the OD Team, providing specialist advice and guidance on OD services.
- Use initiative to respond to queries, reflecting Trust and OD values and principles.
- Manage and respond to incoming requests for OD support, deciding on appropriate courses of action and referring complex requests to senior team members.
- Contribute to the coordination of team activities to manage demand and capacity.
- Support, contribute, and lead OD interventions/projects as agreed by the senior leadership team in the People Directorate.
- Work proactively and collaboratively with the team and colleagues within the Trust to design, develop, and implement OD interventions.

Job Responsibilities- Lead or collaborate in the facilitation of OD activities, including learning and development, team interventions, workshops, meetings, staff events, focus groups, and interviews.
- Lead and contribute to project management activities, developing project plans, drafting progress reports, suggesting key performance measures, and raising issues and risks.
- Lead planning, administration, and logistics for OD, taking responsibility for organising events and conferences, liaising with internal and external parties, booking resources, and managing and delegating support from the wider team.
- Curate, develop, and maintain up-to-date information and OD resources for staff use.
- Develop content and communications that support the work of the team, including presentations, reports, emails, newsletters, and marketing material.
- Support the integration of equality, diversity, and inclusion practices in OD.
- Develop effective working relationships with colleagues, peers across the Trust, internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional manner that reflects the values and principles of the Trust and OD.
- Use own initiative to make changes that improve the work of the team and support establishing successful OD practices.
