About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team at McCarthy Stone. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stunning development, Malpas Court.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors to the Estate office and providing exceptional customer service to colleagues, residents, and other visitors.
  • Managing incoming calls and enquiries, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Preparing and sending correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinating lunch bookings and ensuring seamless communication with the Catering Manager.
  • Assisting with the Domestic Assistance Rota and coordinating with the Registered Estates Manager.
  • Preparing and distributing our monthly newsletter, updating the bulletin board, and ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Organizing bookings for the Guest Suite and ensuring it is prepared for the next guests.
  • Providing administrative support to the Estates Manager, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • A caring and friendly personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or customer service is desirable, but not essential. Full training will be provided, including induction and ongoing support.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a busy office environment.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
