Job Summary:

Altum Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Transformation Manager to support a highly successful global brand in their Finance modernisation programme. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading large-scale Finance Transformation programmes, with a focus on change management and ERP implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a local UK&I change management strategy to support adoption of changes required for stakeholders across the hierarchy
  • Own the UK&I change management plan and its delivery, reporting on progress to senior leadership and managing a range of senior stakeholders
  • Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs
  • Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

Essential Experience and Capabilities:

  • Proven experience in leading large Finance Transformation programmes, ideally to an Oracle solution
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and terminology
  • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to succinctly articulate a complex topic to audiences who are not subject matter experts
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, up to and including exec level
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
