About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Fire Engineer to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our Fire & Security sector, you will be responsible for installing Fire Alarm Systems to the relevant industry standards, providing exceptional customer service with industry-leading technical knowledge.

Our Installation Engineers are involved in installing Fire Alarm Systems, and the successful engineers will identify and rectify problems before they occur. This is a fantastic opportunity for a time-served Engineer to work within a high-performing team, focusing on a geographical region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent Customer Service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.
  • Service the appropriate devices, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials.
  • Ensure your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritized correctly.
  • Correctly complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates/BSIA Certificates or checklist as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Experience within the Fire & Security industry.
  • Driving license.
  • Ability to lift and climb ladders.
  • Had or have previous experience working in a customer-facing environment.
