Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of various commercial properties, including supermarkets, schools, colleges, retail parks, and offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the grounds of commercial properties, including cutting grass, weed control, and site clearances
  • Operating hand-held power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, and hedge cutters
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a high level of quality in all work
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and protocols

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
