Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Culinary Specialist to join our esteemed Hospitality Team. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our guests enjoy a remarkable start to their journey. The menu, crafted by renowned Chef Adam Reid, promises an elevated dining experience.

Main Duties:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and guidelines.
  • Utilize various kitchen equipment efficiently.
  • Handle food preparation tasks including washing, peeling, cutting, and shredding.
  • Ensure food presentation meets our high operational standards.
  • Manage stock levels, receive deliveries, and maintain proper storage and rotation of supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing equipment.
  • Dispose of waste responsibly, including recycling, and ensure proper waste management.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners to foster positive relationships that enhance lounge operations.
  • Assist in training new staff to uphold our standards of presentation and service.
Qualifications for Success

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong background in the hospitality industry with a proven record of delivering high-quality service.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying shift patterns, including early mornings and late evenings.
  • Analytical skills to assess data and contribute to budget management.
  • Proficiency in standard PC applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to work independently and build effective relationships both internally and externally.

Work Schedule:
Flexibility is essential, as shifts may start as early as 3:30 AM and conclude as late as 10:00 PM. Aether operates seven days a week.
