  • Address customer needs and resolve issues in alignment with the Knoll Client Experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive team environment.

Are You the Right Fit?

You may be an ideal candidate if you possess the following qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in retail leadership is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify client needs, solve problems, and articulate product features and benefits.
  • Capability to routinely lift objects weighing over 20 pounds and understand safety protocols.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary, commission, and quarterly bonuses.
