We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Optical Assistant to join our expanding domiciliary team in Specsavers Home Visits. As a Domiciliary Optical Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality professional services to patients in their own homes and in some care home settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality professional services to patients in their own homes and in some care home settings.
  • Have high standards of dispensing and customer care.
  • Understand the sales aspect of the role and have strong dispensing skills.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 1 year of optical experience.
  • Full and clean driving licence.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong dispensing skills and knowledge of optical products.

  • Starting salary up to £24,000 DOE.
  • Performance-related bonus worth up to an additional £2,000.
