**Job Title:** Financial Analysis and Reporting Director
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analysis and Reporting Director to join our team at Vitae Financial Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating the year-end group audit process and preparing the annual statutory financial statements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the year-end group audit process and prepare the annual statutory financial statements.
- Lead and provide support for group month-end reporting.
- Review monthly consolidated management accounts and board pack, including detailed P&L review, comparison to budget analysis, and challenge of the balance sheet.
- Identify risks and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with UK accounting and taxation legislation.
- Be involved with treasury and cashflow reporting.
- Build meaningful relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvements.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA Qualified.
- Audit trained and experience of managing large, complex group audits.
- Can be straight from practice or with some additional industry experience.
- An excellent communicator, capable of building strong professional relationships.
- Clear organisational, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ambitious, self-starter, keen to continually improve and positively impact a business.
