Are you enthusiastic about designing beautiful outdoor spaces and managing a vibrant team? Bromford is seeking a proficient
Landscaping Operations Manager to lead our grounds maintenance initiatives across the North/South region.

In this role, you will guide a team of 48 professionals, including four team leaders, to provide outstanding service in both commercial and residential environments.

Your duties will involve upholding our exceptional standards while executing a new landscaping plan. You will oversee projects to ensure they are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. Your leadership will drive us towards remarkable customer satisfaction in a cost-effective manner.

You possess extensive expertise in large-scale grounds management, team leadership, and project execution. Your skills in data interpretation, performance assessment, and budget oversight are essential.

With a BTEC Level 4 in Horticulture (or equivalent) and NPTC certifications, you are knowledgeable in the safe operation of landscaping equipment.

Your excellent communication and organizational abilities, combined with a tech-savvy mindset, will enable you to thrive in this position.


Given the travel requirements of this role, we will provide you with a company vehicle or a cash allowance alternative; therefore, a full UK driving license is necessary, and trailer entitlement is advantageous.
