CDM Advisor

Brandon James Ltd is seeking a dedicated CDM Advisor to join their team in Cardiff. As a CDM Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that all projects comply with CDM 2015 regulations and that health and safety considerations are integrated into the design and construction phases.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on CDM 2015 regulations to clients and project teams.
- Prepare and review pre-construction information and construction phase plans.
- Conduct design risk assessments and help identify hazard elimination strategies.
- Carry out site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Deliver CDM and health and safety training to clients and internal teams.
- Degree in a construction-related field.
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Membership with IOSH or APS is desirable.
- Proven experience in providing CDM advisory services and health and safety consultancy.
- Strong understanding of CDM 2015 regulations and health and safety practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools.
