About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Non-Contentious Construction team in Birmingham. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with our partners and other legal advisors to advise on a wide range of construction and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on development and infrastructure projects, real estate and corporate acquisitions and disposals, and property finance
  • Support on large-scale transactions and supervise more junior members of the team
  • Work closely with the team to deliver exceptional client service and support the team's strategic growth plans
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a strong background in non-contentious construction law, but we are open to receiving applications from individuals with any construction law background who are keen to carve a career in non-contentious work. You will be a team player who is proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic about making a real difference to clients.
