Account Director

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at D3R Ltd, a leading digital agency with a proven track record of delivering solutions that perfectly fit our clients' business needs.
As an Account Director, you will work closely with both new and existing clients to understand their needs and help them understand the value that D3R can bring to their businesses.
You will be responsible for prioritizing and managing quality inbound leads, and targeted outbound activity to develop new business opportunities, while nurturing existing client relationships with your highly consultative approach.
With your demonstrable experience of winning new business and deepening existing client relationships, you will be able to identify new opportunities to help clients grow and improve their businesses over time.
Key Responsibilities- Nurture relationships with potential and existing clients
- Manage, qualify, and prioritize inbound leads and enquiries via email and phone
- Consult with potential clients on requirements and potential solutions, bringing other members of the team in as required
- Review opportunities and requirements with colleagues in order to generate estimates
- Produce high-quality, tailored proposals and responses for potential clients
- Lead activity to close new business, drawing input from across the team as required
- Ensure a quality handover to the project delivery team
- Provide regular pipeline updates
- Consult with clients on their strategic business objectives and challenges
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop roadmaps that align with business priorities
- Proactively communicate new market developments, trends, and product offerings
- Assist with commercials and proposals for potential new projects for existing customers
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in consultative selling and business development, preferably in an agency or software business.
You should have a deep knowledge of e-commerce solutions, trends, and challenges, and a proven track record of winning new projects and deepening existing client relationships.
Essential skills include strong commercial acumen, excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to ask probing and pertinent questions.
What We OfferWe offer a highly competitive base salary in the range of £60 - £80k D.O.E, a company performance-related bonus scheme including a tax-free element due to our status as an EOT, office-based or hybrid working, generous holiday allowance increasing with service, statutory pension scheme, dental plan, and life insurance.
