Head of Private Client, Partner Role

£80,000+

About the Role

The firm is a well-established boutique practice with a strong reputation in the region. As the Head of Private Client, you will lead a small but dynamic team of experienced solicitors, providing expert advice to clients on a range of private client matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Private Client team, providing guidance and support to team members
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the Private Client practice, identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key clients
  • Provide expert advice to clients on private client matters, including wills, trusts, and estate planning
  • Work closely with other departments within the firm to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience as a Private Client solicitor, either at Partner or Associate level
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Knowledge of the private client market and trends, with the ability to identify new business opportunities
