We are seeking a proactive CMC Administrator to enhance our operations within the financial services industry. The successful candidate will possess a solid background in addressing customer grievances within a financial services context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly acknowledge and address customer inquiries in line with regulatory standards
- Assist clients with ongoing issues and new complaint submissions
- Communicate with customers via phone to comprehend their concerns and strive for equitable resolutions
- Establish robust relationships with external service providers and internal departments
- Support the Complaints Team Leader with various tasks as required
- Assume responsibility for decision-making processes, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- At least 12 months of experience in managing vehicle-related complaints in the motor finance sector
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines such as the FCA's Conduct Rules and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
- Understanding of GDPR and the Data Protection Act
- Capability to follow established processes and policies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Enthusiastic about continuous learning and professional growth
