Your Role as a Station Chef

As a Station Chef, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that every dish served meets our high standards of quality and consistency. You'll work closely with the Head Chef to create exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present dishes of the highest caliber, adhering to company guidelines and recipes.
  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef by providing timely updates on food rotation needs.
  • Maintain meticulous control over dry store goods and ensure a clean and organized refrigerator space.
  • Champion strict hygiene practices within your assigned station, monitoring food preparation areas diligently.
  • Promptly report any hygiene concerns to the Executive Chef or their designated representative.
  • Demonstrate full understanding and compliance with resort security protocols, fire regulations, and all relevant health and safety legislation.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring adherence by your team members.
