Job Summary
Matchtech Group PLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects within our construction management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects from pre-production to production, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, minutes, and records.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a construction or manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Primavera, and Asana.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
