About the Role

We Are Adam is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and conversions across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to enhance brand recognition, interaction, and revenue.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Craft and curate engaging content tailored to our audience, highlighting our client's products and promoting healthy snacking habits.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, including content planning, posting, community management, and influencer partnerships. Track and analyse performance metrics to refine strategies.
  • Advertising and Promotion: Manage social media ad campaigns to enhance brand messaging, target key audiences, and maximise ROI.
  • Influencer and Partnership Management: Identify and build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and content creators to expand brand reach and generate user-generated content.
  • SEO and Website Optimisation: Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings. Conduct keyword research and optimize content to drive organic traffic.
  • Content Development and Collaboration: Work with content creators and developers to enhance website content, meta tags, and site structure for better SEO performance and user experience.
  • PPC and Affiliate Campaigns: Execute PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions, optimising for maximum ROI.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Create dashboards and reports to inform leadership on performance and recommend improvements.
  • YouTube Channel Management: Develop strategies to increase subscribers and engagement on our client's YouTube channel, promoting content across platforms.
Requirements
  • Professional Qualification: Professional qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in social media, YouTube channel management, and digital marketing, ideally within the food/consumer goods or gaming/entertainment industries.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, YouTube analytics, and advertising tools, with a keen interest in emerging trends.
  • SEO Expertise: Expertise in SEO tools like SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog for conducting audits, monitoring performance, and identifying optimisation opportunities.
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Strong ability to interpret data and insights for informed decision-making, with experience in report generation and data-driven optimisations.
  • Video Content Creation: Proven success in optimising video content, including titles, descriptions, and tags, to enhance search visibility and audience engagement.
  • Video Production and Editing: Experience in creating engaging video content, including animation or similar visual formats.
  • Video Promotion and Distribution: Proficient in video editing software and production tools to produce high-quality, visually appealing content.
  • Influencer Marketing and Partnerships: Understanding of influencer marketing and partnership strategies for cross-promotion and audience growth.
