Key Responsibilities

As a Cost Estimator, you will collaborate with the Commercial team, providing essential support to site teams across various project sectors.

Your daily tasks will encompass:

  • Collaborating with the project delivery team to ensure effective contractual oversight and financial management of projects across diverse sectors.
  • Gaining insights into the complete project lifecycle, from pre-construction phases through to project execution.
  • Overseeing the financial aspects of subcontractor agreements, from procurement to interim and final account settlements, and participating in final account negotiations to secure optimal results.

Candidate Profile

This Cost Estimator position is ideal for you if:

  • You possess relevant experience in a similar capacity within the construction sector.
  • You are proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
