Working Hours: Full Time (5 days over 7, including 1 day at the weekend) 40 hrs per week, 9am to 5.30pm.
Starting Salary: £25,000 per annum with increments after qualifications are obtained.
Experience Level: Previous healthcare experience is not essential but would be advantageous.
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Audiology Practitioner. As a Trainee Audiology Practitioner, you will be an integral part of our team and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the hearcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Book and plan clinics, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Take calls from customers, responding to queries and concerns.
- Make calls to customers, reminding them of upcoming appointments and providing updates.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is not essential but would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
