About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our team at Duravant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing our company headquarters near DFW airport.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and prioritize maintenance requests from employees and perform repairs and maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
- Configure and maintain energy management control systems, air compressors, and lawn sprinkler systems.
- Use hand and power tools to test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machines and equipment.
- Perform tasks in the maintenance trades, including carpentry, plumbing, drywall, painting, machine and equipment repair, and electrical work.
- Assemble modular furniture and perform minor construction and repairs to the interior and exterior of the facilities.
- Assist with assembling conveyors on the production floor, up to 50% of the time.
