About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Contracts Lawyer to join our client's growing legal team. As a key member of the Commercial team, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on public procurement, and providing expert guidance to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and Negotiating Commercial Contracts: Develop and negotiate complex commercial contracts to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Public Procurement Advice: Provide expert guidance on all aspects of public procurement, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Contract Management: Manage and maintain contracts, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing risks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Provide advice and guidance to a range of stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects, ensuring successful outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with a strong understanding of commercial contracts and public procurement.
  • Experience: Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, with a strong understanding of public procurement regulations and laws.
