Deputy Manager - Adult Care

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care. This exciting opportunity is based in a beautiful care home in High Wycombe, offering a competitive salary of £61,075, comprehensive training and development, and a range of excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and staff
  2. Ensure high-quality care is delivered in line with regulatory standards
  3. Lead and mentor a team of care staff to provide exceptional care
  4. Manage staffing levels to ensure adequate care is provided

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a qualified Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC Pin and prior experience in a leadership role within a care home. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and leading a team, we would love to hear from you.
