Position Overview:

As a Corporate Actions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the meticulous examination of corporate actions, ensuring both completeness and precision in all processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly review and validate corporate action information, maintaining databases to guarantee timely and accurate dissemination of data.
  • Engage collaboratively with service providers, custodians, and internal departments to refine and optimize workflows.
  • Support Portfolio Management by analyzing and interpreting complex voluntary events to inform decision-making.
  • Conduct daily processing and validation tasks to uphold the integrity and consistency of global corporate action data across multiple platforms, in accordance with market standards.
  • Investigate discrepancies in action details, communicate voluntary instructions effectively, and confirm client entitlements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency and minimizing risks for both the team and the organization.
  • Work alongside internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex action-related issues.
  • Interpret the terms and conditions of corporate action events across various global markets to assess their impact on investment portfolios.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of the lifecycle of global corporate action events across diverse asset classes and products.
  • A confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the field.
