About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Safeguarding Business Unit Partnership Officer. This role will provide administrative support for statutory and non-mandatory learning reviews across the Adults and Children's Safeguarding Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and service meetings of a complex and sensitive nature, at a board level.
  • Ensure robust monitoring of all correspondence in relation to learning reviews.
  • Carry out all duties in relation to learning reviews, including communication with partners and agencies.
  • Administration and organization of all meetings relating to learning reviews, including accurate note and minute taking.
  • Plan and coordinate any relevant learning events, forums and meetings as directed.
  • Development and maintenance of monitoring systems for learning reviews.
  • Support the Business Manager(s) with any events management during and post the learning review process.
Requirements
  • Excellent administration skills, including effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work with integrity and in line with confidentiality, and related Data Protection Act 2018, General Data Protection Regulations wider related national guidance and local policy.
  • Effective IT skills across the full Microsoft package of apps.
  • Creative skills to support the design and develop online presentations, briefings and products.
