We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Fellow to join our team in Knee and Revision Arthroplasty. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in clinics and theatre sessions with consultants, developing your skills and expertise in knee and revision arthroplasty.
- Conduct ward rounds in ESEOC, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Contribute to shared weekend lists and ward rounds in ESEOC, demonstrating your ability to work flexibly and effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Participate in informal and formal teaching, sharing your knowledge and expertise with colleagues and students.
- Contribute to research projects, applying your skills and experience to drive innovation and improvement in our clinical services.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent clinical skills, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
