We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Producer to join our team at SERV Recruitment. As a Senior Content Producer, you will play a pivotal role in executing our content strategy for both our agency and clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Content Producer with 3-5 years of experience who is seeking to advance into a more senior role at one of the largest football talent agencies.

You will work closely with our Head of Socials to ensure and evolve the content produced and released is consistent with our company's look and feel across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver innovative content and content strategies to grow key clients' brands
  • Manage the full content lifecycle from ideation, content capture/shooting, editing, and distribution
  • Keep ahead of trends and be the designated 'content' expert within the company

Requirements:

  • Excellent experience working with video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Extensive experience in the Football industry
  • Ability to manage and direct a large freelancer database
  • Previous experience working with Talent in sport
  • Strong experience and knowledge of professional cameras and video equipment
